Refund policy

As it’s just little ol’ me starting my little home grown business, I’m afraid I can’t accept returns or refunds. An exchange will be provided for any item that is found to be defective.

If you find any defect in an item, please let me know via email within 7 days of receiving it and I will try and replace it. Any notification sent outside of this period with a request for exchange might not be accepted.

Note that all items are handmade by me, and there may be some slight variations from the photos on my website or social media. Such variations are not defects. 

If a clothing item doesn’t fit, then please drop me an email to let me know within 7 days of receipt and I'll see if can make any adjustments.
